The Maolin Visitor Center is located at 7-7 Maolin Lane, Maolin Village. The original visitor center was located within the Maolin Branch Office of the Fengshan District Farmers' Association. To improve the tourist service functions of the Maolin National Scenic Area, the Maolin National Scenic Area Administration built a new Maolin Visitor Center, which was officially opened on August 19, 2024. The center features a variety of service facilities, including a travel consultation service counter, smart touch screen guidance wall, interactive large TV wall, multimedia audio-visual room, nursing room, prayer room, and a漂書 station, providing more comprehensive and complete recreational services. The center also houses the Maolin Environmental Education Center, which offers environmental education courses on purple spotted butterflies, indigenous culture, and Maolin meandering river terrain. Visitors are welcome to visit. A suggested stay of about 1 hour, visitors can book an immersive film viewing or pick up a scenic area tourism resource introduction at the visitor center.
