The Tianxianglou Restaurant located at the Aduleji Hotel on Renmin East Road in Taipei, inherits the Hangzhou cuisine "two light and one clear" (light oil, light sauce, and light taste), presenting the original flavor of the ingredients. Originating from Hangzhou, the Hong Kong Tianxianglou is well known for its signature dishes such as Dongpo Pork, Longjing Shrimp, Divine Duck and Fish Ball Soup, and Noble Chicken, which are highly appreciated by connoisseurs. Especially the Dongpo Pork, which uses pork belly with skin from live pigs, and is marinated with Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, green onion, ginger, and sugar, then sealed in a clay pot and stewed for several hours.
