Shueidui Scenic Park covers about 10.5 hectares and is fully equipped with basic facilities: in addition to a parking lot and restrooms, it features the park’s signature terraced forest trails. These trails are linked by stairways that follow the terrain, giving visitors a steadily ascending hiking experience. Butterflies flutter and birds sing throughout the park, making every step feel like a walk through vibrant woodland. Each level of the forest trail provides leisure and recreation areas as well as viewing facilities—such as the colorful and popular “Scenic Fitness Observatory,” the romantic “Plane-Spotting Observatory,” and exercise zones and pavilions for relaxation—allowing citizens to discover surprises and delights in this secret green base of the city.
