Located next to Provincial Highway 74 (Zhongzhang Expressway), this small trail was carved into a winding mountain road. At only 822 m, it is Phase 1 of the project; further park trails are still being planned and built. A parking lot (for scooters, cars, and coaches) and restrooms are currently available. A wooden platform at the highest point offers distant views of the Changhua Plain, the Taichung metropolitan area, and the western coastline. Designed as a leisure park, the trail is mainly boardwalk; each section is planted with diverse flora such as creeping fig, purple-leafed snakeroot (“wishing vine”), bald cypress, and indigenous cinnamon, creating varied landscapes ideal for a casual stroll.
