The dishes in the store can be divided into two categories: boiled and stir-fried. There are duck noodles, internal organs, duck blood, duck intestines, and more. Eating the noodles while they are hot is the best way to enjoy them, so the owner emphasizes that his duck noodles must be extremely hot. The duck is not boiled, but steamed. The broth extracted from steaming the duck is used as the base for the duck noodle soup, making it extremely delicious.
