Located in the New Taipei City's Ankeng montane region, the Erba Plant Park, also known as "Erba Tzu", sits on Ankeng Tudun Mountain. The name "Erba Tzu" originates from the valley's topography, resembling the Chinese characters for "two" and "eight" when viewed from above. The park is surrounded by several large mountainous communities, including Daguan Town, Rose China Town, and Taipei Xiaocheng. Spanning 150 hectares, the park offers a serene atmosphere, with the sweet fragrance of plants invigorating the senses in the morning. The hiking trails along the Erba Creek are gentle and easy to walk, featuring family-friendly paths, cherry blossom trails, and other themed trails like the Miscanthus Trail, the Juniperus Trail, the Paeonia Trail, and the Butterfly Trail.
With the launch of the Ankeng Light Rail, transportation to the park has become more convenient. Visitors can take the Ankeng Light Rail to "Gongxin An Kang Yuan Qu Station" and transfer to bus 839 or get off at "Taipei Xiaocheng Station" and take the Ankeng No. 1 shuttle bus, reaching the park in just 10-15 minutes. This marks the beginning of a leisurely ecological journey.
