The Jingualiao Creek Bikeway can be divided into two sections: from Qinshui Suspension Bridge to Jinxi Police Station, and from Jinxi Police Station to the terminus at Jiugonggen Qinshui Park. The round-trip distance is about 22.1 km; the outbound leg includes climbs, so stock up on water, snacks, and other supplies before setting out. The route follows the meandering Jingualiao Creek, passing the car-free Fish-watching Bikeway, letting riders relax without worrying about traffic. Continuing on, you’ll pass the Jingualiao Cycling Paradise, tea-garden villages, and the Jingualiao Fish-and-Fern Trail. The latter is a favorite summer retreat for cooling off in the stream; its tranquil setting, fern-covered rock walls, and abundant fish earned it a 7 Lonely Planet recommendation.
