Located on the west side of Zhuangqiao Township, also known as "Datan Pond", it is adjacent to Houlong Town. The lake is not large, surrounded by highways, and you can enjoy the lake's gentle beauty by following the ring road around the lake. The lake is lined with green trees, and homes are scattered around. There are two temples, Longhu Palace and Lingtian Zen Temple, which add to the serene atmosphere. The lake water flows out from the northwest corner into the Zhonggang Creek and then back into the Taiwan Strait. The residents around the lake have raised nearly 5,000 ducks in the lake area, which adds a natural beauty of "ten thousand ducks playing in the spring" to the green lake. The lake is also home to many fish. As the sun sets in the west, thousands of golden lights shine on the sparkling lake surface. The ducks, fishermen, bamboo rafts, evening breeze, and returning firewood gatherers weave together to create a serene and harmonious beautiful scene, making it a great place to enjoy the rural landscape.
