The old Taipower canteen, a one-story RC building, was later renovated and used as a community center for residents. After being sought out by the New Taipei City Tourism Bureau, this location was selected to establish a tourist service center, enhancing the tourism services of Liantong Village. The old Taipower canteen is located at the administrative center of Liantong Community, and it is also a necessary point for tourists and vehicle traffic. Therefore, the architectural concept of this tourist service center is modeled after the image of the 13-story site, carrying out structural reinforcement and exterior renovation of the old canteen. After renovation, it has become the first tourist service center in the country to introduce cultural and artistic performances. It aims to create added value and differentiation in tourism services. Now, it is operated by the "Mountain City Art Museum" team as a café.
