Qifeng Wetland is located in the southeast of Tanshuihyang and is surrounded by the Qifeng Community, with a total area of approximately 9.5 hectares. The northwest inlet of the park receives outflow from the Zuo Tan Wetland along Lin Bian Da Pei, and then merges and drains into the Tanshuihyang estuary. The Qifeng Wetland has been designed as an ecological flood retention basin integrated with a constructed wetland treatment system. During the rainy season, it serves as a flood detention basin, while in non-rainy seasons, it treats domestic sewage and aquaculture wastewater discharged from the Qifeng Community. Bird species observed at the wetland include the Great Egret, Intermediate Egret, Little Egret, Golden Plover, Curlew Sandpiper, Wood Sandpiper, and the Yellow-headed Seagull.
