Su Hang Restaurant, established in 1984 with group catering, has since served various well-known agencies and large hospitals across the country. After accumulating long-term experience in menu development, ingredient procurement, and service management, the restaurant considered a transformation in 1991, attempting to operate a refined restaurant, mainly focusing on Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine as well as Shanghai dim sum.

 

Signature dishes include Dongpo pork, Hangzhou old duck pot, braised fish jaw, and Shaoxing wine yellow croaker. At the beginning of the transformation, to allow young students to easily enjoy authentic Shanghai dim sum, the dim sum was specially offered at half price. Now, "half-price dim sum" has become one of Su Hang's features, among which the loofah shrimp dumplings and scallion oil pancakes are the most popular.

 

In 2006, Su Hang was rated as one of the Top 100 Restaurants in Taiwan by the "Weekly One" magazine's "Food Awards"; in 2007, it was rated as one of the Top 50 Excellent Restaurants in Taiwan by the China Travel Service; in 2008, it won first place in the "Year's Food Evaluation" by the United Daily News; in 2009, it was selected as a representative of the Taipei 101 Food Restaurants by the Taipei City Government; and in 2010, it was selected as one of the Top 500 Good Restaurants in Taipei by the Taipei City Government.
