The business sells shaved ice, established in 1966. In the past, when people in Taipei went to Ximending in summer and got thirsty, they naturally thought of its pineapple ice and starfruit ice. The first bite of ice would instantly cool the mind. The pickled fruits are all carefully selected. The starfruit comes from Pingtung, and the red-fleshed plums are from Yuanlin. Except for pineapple, all the fruits are first cooked, then pickled for three months, allowing the natural sweetness of the fruits to linger on the tongue, revealing a profound old-fashioned flavor.
