Cheng Jia Xiao Guan's founder, Cheng Zhenying, whose father came from Shenyang in Northeast China. Along with many fellow soldiers, they came to their second hometown - Taiwan during the war. In that distant hometown and memories, for half a year, it was always winter, and every family would pickle large cabbages. Therefore, the founder of Cheng Jia Xiao Guan has been eating his father's hometown flavor since childhood, which is also the origin of opening up 'Cheng Jia Xiao Guan'.

Since 1986, the establishment of the Wushan headquarters, the sour pickled cabbage in the store was all hand-pickled by the founder. In winter, they use large cabbages from Yantai, Shandong, and in summer, they use napa cabbage. Each time, thousands of pounds are pickled, and it takes three weeks to pickle. It is naturally fermented without any artificial seasonings. The hometown flavor in his father's mind has also been inherited, allowing more people to taste it.

To date, 'Cheng Jia Xiao Guan' has brought delicious dishes to people for thirty years. The famous delicacies, such as the crab-like taste, Dongpo pork, and lion head, have not only been recommended by food experts and TV stations many times, but also frequently won awards on various food competition platforms.
