Jinmen Distillery, officially known as Jinmen Distillery Industrial Co., Ltd., is commonly referred to as "Jinjiu" or "KKL." It is a company based in Jinmen County, primarily engaged in the production and sale of sorghum wine. It is a state-owned enterprise under the ownership of the Jinmen County Government. Jinmen sorghum wine uses the special "dry land sorghum" produced in Jinmen, along with the sweet water of the Bao Yue Divine Spring. It is brewed using traditional methods to create a sorghum wine that is fragrant, mellow, sweet, and crisp, with a unique flavor that is renowned internationally. Sorghum wine represents the historical essence of Jinmen, and has always been the most famous product of Jinmen, as well as the best souvenir.
