Located on the southern bank of the Wujiang Creek estuary, the park is scattered with large-scale sculptures by renowned artists. All the works are created using the unique granite of Wu Island, presenting the cultural landscape of Kinmen through three themes: "the land," "sharpness," and "historical traces." The park also features a small bridge, flowing water, and the Boyu Pavilion, which commemorates General Hu Lian. Around the pavilion, the "Jinshi Wall" and "Doctor's Wall" are engraved with the names of distinguished scholars who passed the imperial examinations since ancient times in Kinmen, as well as the list of students who have obtained the honor of doctorates both within and outside the country, testifying to the outstanding people and fertile land of Wu Island.
