Jinmen High School's Zhongzheng Hall is located on a high ground between the Ximen and Xiapu areas of Jincheng. It was built in October 1951. The construction was carried out by Zhang Cailiang, the company commander of the 3rd Company, 20th Engineering Battalion at that time. The design was done by company commanders Liu Yunfeng, Chen Huaili, and Liao Guangyan. Wang Yinglan and Xu Ganquan were responsible for the drawings, and all the soldiers were ordered to build it.
