Founded in 1991, it originally served as a place for the many fishermen in Donggang to provide comfort and a dining environment to relieve the hardships of their sea work. The simple village-style cuisine highlights the natural flavor of the ingredients, attracting many local families and visitors from afar. The original single-story building could no longer accommodate the endless stream of guests, so in 2002 it was renovated and expanded. A steel‑frame structure with stone‑paint finishes created a new building with a distinctive charm.
