From Yangmingshan National Park, Shuangxi Creek flows past Dongwu University, turns to the north side of the highway, and along with it extends the Riverside Greenbelt Park. Riverside bicycle paths have been constructed along both banks, becoming the most compact and well-maintained short cycling route within Taipei's river system, closely adjacent to residential areas.

Shuangxi Creek, with its picturesque scenery, leads busy city dwellers to find a green tunnel that frees their weary minds and bodies. The left bank of Shuangxi Creek connects to the right bank bicycle path of Bailin Bridge. The Bailin Bridge right bank riverside park is a gathering place for rugby enthusiasts and often features football teams competing. Cycling communities can also join in on this lush grassy landscape, continuing their rides all the way to the underside of Chengde Bridge, taking a detour to visit the last sampan (small wooden boat) dock in Taipei, Sanjiaodu.
