The Asia University is planned in a garden-like style, covering an area of 25 hectares. The campus features a wide range of tree species that bloom throughout the four seasons, along with extensive lawns and vibrant flower beds. The Tai Chi Lake area is adorned with 3,000 rose plants, adding to the picturesque scenery. The campus is complemented by the majestic Baroque architecture and a sports stadium designed to resemble the Roman Colosseum. The addition of the Asia University Art Museum, designed by Japanese international architectural master Tadao Ando, has become a new landmark in the Greater Taichung area. The university also boasts an impressive collection of sculptures by renowned artists from around the world. The collection includes works by French sculptor Auguste Rodin, such as a large sculpture of "The Thinker" and other pieces like "The Kiss" and "Eternal Spring." Other notable works include those by French sculptor Arman, like "Victory Ode" and "The Combination of Elephant and Instrument," as well as "The 14-Year-Old Ballerina" by Degas. Taiwanese sculptor Yang Ying-feng's pieces, such as "The Sky is Wide Enough" and "The Phoenix Arrives," are also on display. The university has nearly a hundred works of art, making it a haven of art and culture. The beautiful campus has earned it the saying that, "The sky of Asia University is European!" Walking through the campus feels like being in a European setting, rich in humanistic art.
