The East-Shih Environmental Park was completed at the end of 2010 and renovated with landscape greening by the Huxi Township Government. Located nearby the seashore, this park features landscape facilities including an entrance imagery wall, a gushih rock wall maze, and stone-paved trails. During blooming seasons, the swaying fields of gaillardia flowers attract numerous independent travelers. This site was previously澎hu's earliest landfill site, which ceased operations in 2003 due to capacity limitations. The township government then repurposed the East-Shih landfill land for park development, with park features including a laogushih stone maze, scenic trails, flower trellises, stone seating areas, and other park facilities. The gushih rock maze is about 100 centimeters high, a small-scale maze. Adjacent to the area is expansive grassland, while the corner showcases a traditional ox cart painted red. Positioned near the coastline, Penghu Airport, and in proximity to flight routes, this location becomes an ideal destination for photography, sightseeing, breezy strolls, and aircraft viewing when summer blooms of gaillardia flowers blanket the area every year. 【Suggested Stay Duration】 0.5 hours
