Fenkuei Lake Ring Village Trail System: The Shenlin Trail - Lao Lao Street branch, and some sections of the Wooden Horse Trail are currently undergoing construction and improvement. Please follow on-site directions for detours. The street known as “Lower Foot Store” or Lao Lao Street, began to take shape before the construction of the railway and highways, and was where the business owners of Fenkuei Lake first congregated. Walking down the small path to the left in front of the Zhonghe Police Station, you’ll find Lao Lao Street which still maintains its original form and appearance. Passing through the roof of “Quanli Bamboo Shoots Processing Plant”, you’ll find the northern entrance of the trail next to the factory. The trail started as an industry road extending out from the old settlement, and continued to the land temple at the southernmost end. Strolling along the trail, you’ll feel a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
