The so-called "wheel cake." It comes in as many as six flavors: red bean, cream, double-filling, peanut, and savory ones with cheese and kimchi. Each one is large and generously filled, bursting with filling when opened. The texture is smooth. The signature red bean cake uses red beans from Wanding, Pingtung. The cream filling is between traditional Taiwanese "Creme" and Western custard, richer than traditional ones but sweeter than custard. You can choose the double-filling for a "two-in-one enjoyment." The crust is crisp, and the crispy edge is especially delicious.
