A stall renowned for the most impressive queue at Ningxia Night Market. Having been in business for over 40 years, it moved from Linsen Road to Ningxia Night Market, yet its popularity remains undiminished. It only sells two products: a single-flavor crispy taro ball and a yolk taro cake filled with beef jerky and salted egg yolk. It uses taro produced in Taiwan, peeling, cutting, steaming, mashing into taro paste, and shaping by hand, then frying on the spot at the stall. Although it is a fried food, it is sweet and not greasy, with a soft, chewy, and fluffy filling. Just for these few charming golden little balls, it's worth standing until your legs ache.
