Dexing Waterfall is located on Xiaobantian Shanzhu Lake Industrial Road in Lugu Township, along the upper course of the Chuzi Stream, a tributary of the Dongpu River. It was formed by the Diesima Keng rock stratum, and its waters originate from Mount Dalun. The waterfall is divided into upper and lower tiers, with a total height of about 50 meters. Visitors can climb to the upper tier via a side trail. Over the years, the constant erosion by the stream has carved a kettle-shaped deep pool at the top of the waterfall; the overflow plunges straight down to the second tier. The water flows year-round, the pool is crystal-clear and refreshingly cool, the surrounding cliffs rise high, the forest is lush, and the area is rich in wild birds and stream ecology. Along the way, you can also enjoy beautiful stands of Mengzong bamboo.
