In the early days, street vendors in the Dadaocheng area did not have signs; they relied on reputation and regular customers from the neighborhood. Later, as the concept of trademarks became widespread, signs began to appear one after another. After the closure of the Jiancheng Circle, many famous food stalls "moved into ordinary households," seeking new business locations nearby or relocating elsewhere. "Longyuanhao" is a store established by a chef who left the old shop "Longfenghao." Its signature meat soup is made by marinating pork and adding fish paste, then cooking it together with napa cabbage. The soup is thickened with a thin sauce, making the vegetables and meat tender and delicious, exuding a subtle and elegant flavor.
