Fu Xing Trail is located in the Fuxing Community of Ruishui Township, Hualien County, near the 77 to 78 kilometer marks of County Road 193. The area was formerly known as "Miaobai Goung" (Temple Pit), hence it is also called the "Miaobai Goung Hiking Trail." The trail spans a total length of 670 meters, situated in a low-altitude mountainous region with rich ecological resources. It passes through bamboo forests, orchards, Australian pine forests, and low-altitude secondary forests, with the largest area covered by Guizhu bamboo. The entrance is framed by towering green bamboo forests forming a natural arch. At the highest point, hikers can enjoy panoramic views of the Hualien-Taichung Valley, as well as the Fuyuan Creek, Fuxing Creek catchments, and parts of the Fuyuan San Cun area, offering a pleasant landscape. The entire trail gently ascends, remaining shaded under trees for almost the entire route, accompanied by the sounds of chirping cicadas and birds, allowing visitors to appreciate the bamboo forest ecosystem. A round-trip walk takes approximately one hour, making it very suitable for family hikes.
