Haokouwei Seafood Restaurant has been in business for ten years. Chef Huang, a culinary expert and one of the most renowned female chefs in the Jinhu area, has devoted over forty years to her craft, mastering a wide range of dishes and earning praise that lives up to the restaurant’s name—Haokouwei (“great taste” in Minnan). Our quick-fried seafood is crisp, uniquely flavorful, and simply irresistible when paired with our special sweet-and-sour sauce.
