Qionglin Village was one of the villages that assisted the military during the War of Resistance. Therefore, the village office itself was part of the military command center. After the war, the descendants built the Qionglin Battle Exhibition Hall in order to commemorate and help the public better understand the history left by the war. The exhibition hall contains an underground tunnel with a total length of 1,355 meters. In order to improve civil defense facilities, the tunnel was expanded and upgraded starting in 1976. The tunnel was extended to the north and south, centered around the village office as a defense. It also includes a command post, air-raid shelters, bunkers, and tunnels connecting to private homes. Today, Qionglin Tunnel has become a popular tourist attraction. A sign now stands at the entrance, with the Qionglin Lion God statue, which is intended to ward off evil and strong winds. The facility is barrier-free, with barrier-free toilets, ramp access, and barrier-free parking spaces.
