連江縣南竿鄉勝天公園
Ancient Elegance and Floral Fragrance Heaven Between Mage Park and Jinsa Village, Shengtian Park is situated on the western slope of Yuntai Mountain, adjacent to the Chushui Ao Reservoir. Covering an area over ten hectares, it was planned along a coastal military road and is a representative of coastal parks in the Matsu Islands.

Next to the Chushui Ao Reservoir stands a Tang-style pavilion named "Shengtian Pavilion." Constructed by the military in 1990, its architecture primarily resembles the design of the Shizhen Garden from the outer stream to Shizhen Garden in Taipei. The landscape follows an imitation Song dynasty garden style. The pavilion's framework consists of native wood with roof tiles made from gray-glazed porcelain tiles, blending harmoniously into the surrounding mountain and sea views, exuding ancient simplicity and refined beauty. Later, due to decay from insect damage, the Matsu National Scenic Area Administration restored it in 2004 to its original appearance, giving it a new life. It now stands under emerald forest like a Jiangnan garden with elegant charm.

Standing atop the dam bridge offers a panoramic view of mountain and sea scenery, and one may proceed downward to reach the coast. Within the Shengtian Park area is a planting zone of Taiwan whitebark pine. Amidst the forest, diverse native Matsu plant species thrive; within the ancient pavilion, curved corridors and high-pitched rooftops form a picturesque layout. Every spring, when the first new buds appear, the red leaves of wax myrtle trees scatter among the entire mountain forest. Towering ancient cypresses surround the area, far from noise. Ascending along the stone steps evokes the aesthetic sentiment of "possessing one mountain in silence." At night, one may count the countless stars in the sky and listen to the sound of waves hitting the shore, filled with poetic feelings.
