Dongxi Bridge is located on Provincial Highway 27 in Liugui District. It has a total length of 131 meters and a width of 7 meters. Due to the impact of Typhoon Mindulle in 2004, the bridge was destroyed when the LiaoNong Creek suddenly swelled. After that, China Steel Corporation donated funds to help rebuild the bridge, which was completed in 2005 and continues to serve as a transportation route for residents of Liugui District. When looking at the bridge from Provincial Highway 27, it appears as a bright red arch bridge, resembling a basket handle, and seems to radiate endless vitality under the clear and vast sky. It is recommended to stay here for about 10 minutes to enjoy the scenic views of the creek on both sides of the bridge.
