About Us
With many years of experience in making European bread, "Third Wharf" located near No. 5 Water Gate in Dadaocheng combines homemade sourdough with local terroir, providing freshly baked European bread products. We hope to connect emotions with the aroma of wheat, and record the feelings of life with rich and layered flavors.

Inspired by the shape of French baguettes, #exclusive cultivated natural yeast sourdough, using the most authentic and pure ingredients [old dough, water, secret yeast, and a little salt for flavor]. #Mild and slightly sour #Simple wheat aroma, are its characteristics.
Quinoa, pumpkin seeds, black quinoa, red beans, millet, barley... carefully selected whole grain ingredients are kneaded into the natural yeast dough. The bread made on the same day has a simple original flavor, originating from our original intention - to retain the natural nutrition, and to ensure health and taste in every bite.
Service Introduction
Bread baking, European sandwiches and coffee drinks are available. A small number of bar stools are provided for travelers to rest.
