Boss Cai’s stir-fried lamb stall has been set up beside San Cheng Elementary School since 1969, during a time when there were more than ten lamb stalls nearby; today only three remain. Other various stir‑fries are also very popular, including hot stir‑fried asparagus, stir‑fried crispy sausage, stir‑fried clams, stir‑fried greens, and thirty other everyday dishes, all cooked fresh to order. They are the best earthly delicacies for the cold autumn and winter season.
