The Miniature Museum, established on March 28, 1997, is Asia's first theme museum dedicated exclusively to contemporary miniature art.

The Miniature Museum has searched around the world to collect works by top miniature art masters, boasting a world-class collection. After being combined and arranged, the current exhibition features approximately 200 miniature masterpieces, including dollhouses that present the entire interior and exterior of buildings, roomboxes that depict various rooms in exquisite detail, and other creative theme works. From the grandeur of ancient Roman ruins 2,000 years ago to the comfortable lifestyle of American millionaires' apartments in the 1990s, the romantic atmosphere of Venice, the luxurious Buckingham Palace of the British Queen, the slums of East London, and the fairy tale world of Snow White, visiting the Miniature Museum is like stepping into a time tunnel of different cultures.

Originating from the German aristocracy in the 16th century, miniature art has spread throughout Europe and North America. These small artworks, ranging from entire buildings to keys on a desk, are strictly made according to a certain scale, with the 1:12 ratio being the mainstream worldwide. The most precious miniature artworks are made based on real objects, except for living people and animals. A 1-centimeter-high wine bottle contains real brandy, a stamp-sized painting is an original oil painting, and cabinets, chairs, bed sheets, ceramics, glass, metal, wallpaper, crystal chandeliers, and so on. Of course, there is also the children's favorite animated mini TV, all of which are scaled-down replicas of real objects.

Would you like to fulfill your dream of traveling around the world during your weekends? The Miniature Museum can definitely satisfy your dream. People who have seen miniature art often feel: "I really wish I could shrink and live inside!" This is a tangible dream, beautiful, mysterious, and so small that it is cherished and hard to part with.

Initially, the Miniature Museum focused mainly on European and American works, as there were no comparable museum-level works in the East at that time. The museum also focuses on modern works, as they are exquisite and detailed in every aspect, far surpassing classical works in terms of visual appeal and educational value.

The collection of the Miniature Museum consists entirely of private collections. Except for some pieces donated by collectors in the U.S. and Canada, the rest were specially created for the museum by famous European and American authors.
