金門縣890金沙鎮汶沙里后浦頭99號
Cite Temple is a temple dedicated to Huang Wei, an exemplary person of virtue. The unique craftsmanship of Cite Temple is reflected in three aspects: Kuan-Ti Tao (a kind of colored glazed ceramic), paper-cutting and inlay, and stone carving. The Kuan-Ti Tao includes six pieces, such as the dragon and tiger wall, mirror block, and facing block, each one lifelike. The paper-cutting and inlay include the ridge part and dragon decoration on the roof of the temple, all decorated with paper-cutting and inlay. The stone carving includes all the green stone columns and door hinges, as well as the stone base cabinets, wall blocks, and calligraphy on the stone columns. These are all exquisite stone carvings, either depicting pavilions and figures, or carving trees, stones, horses, or stories from operas. These three characteristics are the most abundant and well-preserved among the temples in Kinmen. It was designated as a county-level historic site in 1997.
