The Dihua Sports Park's overpass scenic platform covers an area of 2,796 square meters, accommodating 3,000 people, and is the second scenic platform in Taipei. The scenic platform extends across the North River Road to the outside of the embankment, offering an excellent view. From the platform, one can fully enjoy the scenery of the Tamsui River and also appreciate the fireworks display at the DaDaoCheng Wharf. In addition, the scenic platform provides facilities such as child-friendly landscape water play areas and activity stages.

On the ground surface of the overpass scenic platform, the three early Taipei districts "DaDaoCheng, Wanhua, and Taipei City" are cleverly arranged. At the entrance, there is a commemorative stone inscribed with "New Era of Atmosphere," seemingly witnessing the future of Taipei through sea, land, and air.

The main structure of the platform is built with RC columns and steel frame structures, with railings made of steel frames and tempered glass. The overall building color is based on white. The entire platform is suspended with curved steel cables and is equipped with nighttime lighting, which is expected to become a new gateway image for the western area of Taipei City.
