台北市萬華區廣州街101號
Wandering through the old alleys of Wanhua District in Taipei, there is a place called "Bopiliao," an old neighborhood that still maintains the appearance of streets from more than a hundred years ago during the Qing Dynasty. The red brick walls, arch-shaped verandas, and carved window lattices present an elegant and simple beauty. Bopiliao Historic Street is located near Longshan Temple, at the intersections of Kangding Road, Guangzhou Street, and Kunming Street. The area preserves a relatively complete Qing Dynasty street pattern and traditional Qing-style shops. The architectural space testifies to the development of the Manka (Wanjiang) town, possessing unique historical culture and architectural characteristics. The "Taipei City Folk Education Center" uses the concept of immersive education and culture, making it a venue for promoting local education. It combines school education with community culture, planning exhibitions on different themes and special exhibitions on the history of Bopiliao, and conducting various educational activities to achieve the function of learning through fun.
