The ingredients include Puli shiitake slices, Tufan duck meat, aged ginger flakes, and Red Label rice wine, complemented by authentically aged black sesame oil that exudes a natural sesame fragrance, enhancing the irresistible aroma of the oil-rice. For long-grain rice, we exclusively use premium aged glutinous rice - the longer the rice is stored, the higher the production costs become, and the more time-consuming the cooking process. However, the key advantage is that the grains retain a chewy, resilient texture rather than softening and falling apart. Adhering to the traditional water-steaming rice method, it is crafted in limited daily batches early each morning, offering an exclusive taste of culinary mastery.
