The shop has brought the traditional method of making rice cakes from the old family in Tainan to open a store next to Longshan Temple, and has been in business for nearly 50 years. They only sell "set" meals such as rice cake and mullet soup. When making the rice cake, meat sauce and gravy are added to the rice batter, resulting in a noticeable dark brown color. It contains lean meat, salted egg yolk, shrimp, and scallions. When eating, it is topped with rice sauce and meat sauce, which makes it tender yet chewy, truly a masterpiece.
