Luocuo Fishing Harbor is the only fishing port in Little Kinmen, serving as the gateway for fishermen to venture to sea and the docking site for inter-island ferry services and Coast Guard patrol vessels. The entire harbor area features children's recreational facilities, while the activity center building functions as the headquarters of the fishermen's association and the Little Kinmen Agricultural and Seafood Specialty Center. The "Mazu" enshrined in the Luocuo Wushui Old Temple is revered as the protective deity of the fishermen. Standing beside the temple, the towering stone statue of Mazu has become a new landmark of Luocuo Fishing Harbor, bestowing blessings and guiding the navigation of vessels. Located near the Jiugong Wharf and on the elevated peak of Luocuo's rear mountain, Luocuo Mazu Park offers an unparalleled vantage point overlooking Luocuo Fishing Harbor and the East Lin Seaside Park on Lieyu Island. Constructed with funding from the Fujian Provincial Government and co-financed by the Kinmen County Government and Lieyu Township Office, the park's most notable feature is an imposing stone statue of Mazu, standing as a new landmark of Luocuo. Carved from white granite, the statue rises to a height of 9 meters. The three-tiered base has an octagonal bottom layer (1.28 meters high), a shadow-carved blue stone intermediate layer (1.05 meters high), and a granite upper layer (0.90 meters high), totaling 12.23 meters when combined.
