Why is the restaurant called "Qingzhen"? Because it is a Muslim restaurant, and only beef is sold here. Before slaughtering the cows, the Quran must be recited, blessing them with the will of Allah. Only healthy cows can be slaughtered, which makes the meat not only more hygienic but also more delicious. In addition to beef noodles, the fresh hand-made dumplings made every morning are a favorite among connoisseurs. The dumplings are filled with beef mixed with green onions, ginger, and napa cabbage. They are fragrant, juicy, and many customers even take home frozen dumplings in bags before leaving.
