Located in an alley next to the first theater, it is famous for Fuzhou fish balls. Customers come and go constantly, never ceasing. The cooking counter is at the front of the shop, and a large pot in front of the counter is always boiling Fuzhou fish balls. The fish balls are white, round, and tightly huddled in the pot, being heated. The texture of the fish balls is soft and chewy, delicate; the meat filling is also fresh and juicy, with abundant meat juice, forming the signature "three-color balls" together with the yam balls and mushroom balls.
The dry noodles use oil noodles, combined with fried scallion and celery to create the traditional taste of Taiwan. On hot days, some people especially love to have a glass of the shop's homemade iced starfruit juice, which has a balance of sour, salty, and sweet flavors, and is very good for relieving greasiness. In addition to eating in the shop, the fish balls as the main dish, as well as the fried scallion and dried radish used as seasoning, are also available for takeout.
