The company was established in 2007 (the 96th year of the Republic of China) and its major shareholders are graduates of the National Taiwan University EMBA program and related industry professionals. The team includes experts in health and wellness, retail, finance, human resources, and information technology. In November 2007, the company created the first nationwide senior citizen portal website - "Elderly Network (www.ez66.com.tw)", providing a comprehensive living space for the elderly population in Taiwan, integrating products, services, information, and an exchange forum in the aging society. Since the website's establishment, its clear service positioning has received great response from customers, with products sold throughout the country. It has also attracted many manufacturers to join this platform, making it the most complete senior citizen online store.
To serve more elderly people who are not familiar with the Internet and to provide them with a real experience space, the company established the first nationwide senior citizen lifestyle department store - "Elderly Network - Senior Life Concept Store" in June 2008. This concept store is not only a display center for Elderly Network products, but also marks a new chapter for the senior citizen industry in Taiwan. Its elegant space planning, considerate product design, and detailed explanation services have established a high-quality benchmark for the arrival of Taiwan's aging society.
After establishing the first nationwide senior citizen product specialty store in Taipei, Elderly Network chose to open the first flagship store with complete experience functions in Taichung City in May 2009, to serve the large senior population in the central region. In addition to the slip-resistant floor throughout the store, it has thoughtfully arranged "large print product descriptions and price tags", and also set up an "experience area" where seniors can personally experience the convenience of the products.
In addition, in 2010, the company actively expanded its physical sales outlets in the south. In June, it opened the first display counter in the southern region in Kaohsiung, which received great response. In 2011, it also set up a counter in Tainan. Currently, Elderly Network has service outlets in the five major cities of Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, establishing a happy connection for the elderly population in Taiwan, providing the convenience of purchasing in one place and receiving services throughout the country!
Looking ahead, Elderly Network not only hopes to become a leader in the new lifestyle of the elderly, but also actively establish sales outlets throughout the province through direct operation, franchise, and cooperation with strategic partners, hoping to provide more vitality, comfort, and refined shopping environments and products for the elderly population throughout Taiwan. This will allow the elderly to live with more dignity, value, and quality, thus creating a more meaningful retirement life.
