Baby’s Blissful Rice Crackers – the pure taste of natural ingredients “Fengqi Fu” is a Chiayi cultural-creative brand founded by local youth. Every creation starts with “Taiwan rice”; the shop specializes in rice-based cookies. Its core spirit: “Nothing added, simply made with care—rice crackers for the whole family.” The store is located in Hinoki Village, Chiayi. Products range from baby rice rusks to adult crackers. Gift-box designs draw on Alishan imagery, blending Chiayi’s signature wasabi into traditional puffed rice to create the unique Golden Wasabi Rice Bricks. In 2019 these won the ITQI Superior Taste Award—dubbed the “Michelin of food”—making Fengqi Fu the first Taiwanese shop to win an international prize with the traditional snack puffed rice.
