In addition to the signature oyster vermicelli, we highly recommend the “Milkfish-paste Vermicelli,” a delicious dish made with fresh milkfish ground into a springy, delightfully chewy paste that food-lovers adore! Two fresh ingredients join the sweet broth enriched with fried shallots and shredded bamboo shoots—truly a fantastic local specialty! The owner also prepares a unique chili oil; if you like it hot, drizzle a few drops over your vermicelli for an extra kick. In 2012 the shop was honored as one of “Taiwan’s Top 100 Snack Restaurants”!
