The Yingshan Temple, colloquially known as "Liuhjia Sihung," is situated by the sea in Luocuo. It is built against Yingshan Hill, which resembles a sparrow about to fly away. Constructed during the Jiaqing era of the Qing Dynasty, the temple is one of the renowned historical shrines in Kinmen. It serves as a shared center of faith for Liuao, Pubeian, Luocuo, Houzai, Changfu Li, and Yangshan. The most eye-catching feature in front of the temple is the Stone General. According to legend, he was established to counterbalance the Wusha Wind Lion Deity, but eventually, the two reached a truce and jointly guarded the village. If you closely observe the Stone General's helmet, a small stone lion is depicted at the top, which is said to be the legendary Wusha Wind Lion Deity! The source material of the Stone General is believed to be a divine rock from the coast of Bisuan (later transformed into "Bishan" and "Houshan"). This stone emitted red light at night, and people often saw a human figure lying on it during the day, but the figure vanished upon approaching. After receiving divine guidance, the rock was split in two. One part was carved into the Stone General of Yingshan Temple, while the other part became the Bishan Wind Lion Deity.
