Having operated for over 40 years, although it is just a roadside stall, the tables, chairs, utensils, and food are neatly arranged, giving a clean appearance. In addition to pork congee, it also serves several fried side dishes, accompanied by pickled radishes or cucumbers, fried tofu, fried mackerel, and braised pork, all of which are flavorful.
In the salty congee, you can clearly see fresh oysters, braised pork, shrimp, celery, shredded white radish or bamboo shoots, and a bit of fried scallion. The seafood blends with land flavors, the broth is clear and delicious, the rice grains are fully absorbed with the broth, swollen but not mushy, and the flavor is fascinating.
