Combining Yilan's local delicacies to create dishes: not only can you taste traditional Taiwanese flavors like pork fat rice, but also fresh seafood and authentic Taiwanese tastes, which make for a delicious feast.
Fall in love with the true taste of Yilan

During the Japanese rule, Yongkang Street was called "Fusoku-cho." Although it has a quiet and comfortable living atmosphere, it is a super battleground for food in Taipei. Lv Sang Restaurant offers local Yilan cuisine, gently embracing the food faith of pilgrims in the fierce battle of Chinese and Western cuisines in Yongkang Street.

The dining space of Lv Sang Restaurant is filled with a simple and traditional atmosphere, with wooden tables, wooden chairs, and red brick walls. The owner is Mr. Fang, who learned cooking when he was in his teens. He has received guidance from masters in Jiangsu, Guangdong, Taiwanese cuisine, and Japanese cuisine. After becoming a son-in-law in Yilan, he also learned the traditional Yilan cuisine from Tai Shui, and opened a restaurant. The name "Lv Sang" is part of the wife's family's business system. The "Yilan Gaoza" (a dish made by wrapping chicken broth fat with flour and deep-frying it) is rich in collagen, and is a complicated banquet dish from the Lanyang area. It is one of the popular dishes at Lv Sang Restaurant, along with "steamed bean fish," "red rice wine pork," "white-cut chicken legs," and "Yilan liver noodles."

Seeing the wide variety of snacks in Taipei, there is a lack of Yilan cuisine. Lv Sang promotes Yilan cuisine and does not keep the family secrets private. Just like the warm outside and hot inside Gaoza, he wants to pass on the craftsmanship and deliciousness of Yilan with full passion.
