We love traveling, and we place the memories from each journey in the decorations of our store. The inspirations we gain from our travels are also reflected in our dishes. The authentic Dutch snack, Poffertjes, comes all the way from the Netherlands. We have brought the delicious taste back to Taiwan. These small, round puffy pancakes have a soft and slightly chewy texture, which is quite different from the large American pancakes or the grid-style Belgian waffles.
