Ming Fu's signature dish "Yi Pin Fo Tiao Qiang" needs to be reserved in advance. It is a soup made by simmering ingredients such as abalone, pig's trotters, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots for 5 hours, resulting in a clear, fresh and rich broth. The traditional "Gu Za Gua Zi Ji" stewed with old hen, and the "Bao Yu Nu Mi Ji" stuffed with glutinous rice and cooked together with abalone, are both delicacies that make food lovers eager to taste. Ming Fu only has 6 tables and does not offer takeout. Those who want to enjoy classic Taiwanese cuisine are advised to make a reservation in advance to avoid the disappointment of being full. During meals, the staff frequently walks between the tables, chatting with customers, and capturing their hearts with traditional Taiwanese cuisine and warm hospitality. Ming Fu is very modest about being selected as a Michelin one-star restaurant. The owner simply said, "It's most important for the guests to enjoy their meals."
