Its preparation is similar to pork braised rice but less greasy, and the duck meat itself is more fibrous, so the texture pairs wonderfully with the braising sauce, resulting in a flavorful, satisfying meal. The owner uses duck breast for the duck rice: first quickly stir-fried over high heat with sauce, then topped with a special broth.
